Shipping Policy – MAND VCARD

Effective from September 1, 2025 (Riyadh Time)

1) Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
  • Shipping options, speeds, and costs may vary depending on your location.

2) Order Processing

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep it as proof of purchase.
  • Orders are processed and handed over to shipping partners Sunday–Thursday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Riyadh time) or during weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Due to peak demand or safety measures, processing may take longer, usually up to 7 business days before dispatch.

3) Address & Contact Information

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact details.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or address correction fees.
  • Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes; in such cases, an alternative address may be required.

4) Delivery Attempts & Safe Drop

  • Couriers may attempt delivery more than once. If the delivery fails, the package may be returned to the carrier’s warehouse, and re-delivery/storage fees may apply.
  • If you select Safe Drop, responsibility transfers to you once the package is left at the designated location.

5) Tracking & Support

  • All Saudi shipments include tracking.
  • International shipments are usually sent via standard airmail with tracking. You will receive your tracking number once dispatched.

  • If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can follow up with the carrier.

6) Delivery Times & Costs

  • Once dispatched, delivery times vary by courier and destination, typically 2–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

7) Remote Areas & Extra Charges

  • Deliveries to remote or out-of-coverage areas may incur additional fees or extended delivery times. You will be notified before dispatch if this applies.

8) Partial Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • To avoid delays, we may ship your order in separate partial shipments at no extra cost.
  • Pre-order or temporarily out-of-stock items will be shipped once available.

9) Address Changes After Dispatch

  • Address changes are possible before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur re-routing fees from the courier.

10) Undeliverable / Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to accept customs duties, re-shipping will require payment of re-delivery costs and any additional courier fees.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

11) International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, payable by the customer.
  • Customs processes may cause delays outside our control.
  • We are legally required to declare the actual purchase value on customs forms.

12) Receiving & Verifying Your Order

  • Please check all items upon receipt.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, do not open or use it.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened, altered, or non-original condition items.
  • If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 4 business days with photos/videos and keep the packaging for carrier claims.

13) Shipping Insurance (Optional)

  • Extra insurance can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
  • If no insurance is requested, only the courier’s standard liability applies.

14) Risk & Title Transfer

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or when a Safe Drop option is used.
  • Ownership of items passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

15) Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays

  • MAND VCARD is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, government actions, strikes, system outages, peak seasons, etc.). We will update you whenever possible.

16) Sustainability & Packaging

  • In line with our vision Link Up, Live Green, we strive to use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
